LEAD A/V SYSTEMS INSTALLATION TECH/PROJECT MANAGER
Mondo Media Solutions (MMS) is looking for a full-time Lead A/V Systems Installation Technician/Project Manager to join our team.
This is a position will be responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality & client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from initiation through the closing phases.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the execution of project deliverables within the allocated budget by monitoring costs & expenses of equipment, materials, & labor
- Lead installation crews
- Create & manage on-site scheduling & installs to ensure timely completion of tasks per contractual deadlines
- Establish & maintain efficient internal communication by conducting regular team meetings to delegate job responsibilities, provide project updates, & troubleshoot potential issues
- Act as point of contact for clients, account executives, technicians, subcontractors, etc.
- Prepare, process & maintain all pertinent documentation, correspondence, schedules, reports, billing, etc., to be organized & filed as proof of contract fulfillment
- Upon job completion, coordinate turnover to the client & facilitate training and/or any essential instructions they may require for deployment
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of experience as a PM in an A/V commercial integration setting or related field
- Familiarity with Jetbuilt software
- Understanding of margin calculations & labor estimating
- Proficiency in current A/V common practices & installation regulations, networking technologies & low voltage electrical projects
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Ability to handle stressful deadlines & situations.
- CTS Certification
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- PMP certification desired
